Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a refund or exchange in accordance with the terms below. Please see below for more information on our refund policy.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

All refund requests must be made within 7 days of the purchase date. Refunds are available if:

  • The app does not function as described in the product listing.
  • The purchase was made in error, and the app has not been used extensively (e.g., no data input or usage beyond initial testing).
  • You cancel a subscription within the initial trial period, if applicable.
  • There are technical issues that prevent the app from installing or running on compatible devices.
  • The app contains bugs or errors that significantly impair its usability, and we are unable to fix them within a reasonable time.

2. Non-Refundable Items

Refunds are not available for:

  • Apps that have been used extensively before requesting a refund (e.g., more than minimal testing).
  • Purchases older than 7 days, unless required by law (e.g., under consumer protection laws in certain jurisdictions).
  • In-app purchases or add-ons that are non-refundable as stated at the time of purchase.
  • Apps downloaded during promotional periods or sales marked as 'final sale.'
  • Gift purchases or transfers to other accounts.
  • Refunds requested due to change of mind after significant use.

3. Refund Process

To request a refund, please email customer service at support@appshub.fun with your order details, including the purchase confirmation number, reason for refund, and any supporting evidence (e.g., screenshots of issues). We will review your request within 5 business days.

Upon approval, we will process your refund. Please allow at least 7 days from approval for the refund to be processed. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Note that transaction fees from payment processors may not be refundable.

For subscriptions, cancellations must be made before the next billing cycle to avoid charges. Prorated refunds may be issued for unused portions of the subscription period.

4. Exceptions and Special Cases

For defective or malfunctioning apps, please contact us at support@appshub.fun to arrange a refund or replacement. We may require verification of the issue, such as device logs or descriptions of the problem.

In cases where the app is updated to fix reported issues, we may offer the update instead of a refund.

Please Note:

  • An administrative fee of $5 may be deducted for processing refunds.
  • Sale items and promotional purchases are final and cannot be refunded unless defective.
  • Refunds for apps purchased through third-party stores (e.g., Apple App Store, Google Play) are subject to their refund policies.
  • We reserve the right to deny refunds if we suspect abuse of the policy, such as repeated refund requests.

5. Cancellations

You may cancel your order before the app is downloaded or accessed. Once accessed, the standard refund policy applies. For subscriptions, you can cancel at any time, but refunds are only issued for the current billing period if within the eligibility window.

6. Legal Compliance

This policy complies with applicable consumer protection laws. In jurisdictions where longer refund periods are required (e.g., EU's 14-day cooling-off period), we will honor those requirements.
